Hotel Reservation :

You are expected to take care yourself on your hotel reservation. A choice of hotels of different categories can be found on this page. Please note that buses will bring the participants from Montparnasse train station to Meudon Observatory each morning and back to Paris in the evening. So, it is convenient to choose a hotel close to this station.

Accompanying persons :

Registration fees include the welcome cocktail on sunday october 15th. No particular program has been scheduled for accompanying persons. However tickets for the conference dinner have to be specifically purchased for accompanying persons (65 euros). They will be available during the registration.

Poster :

The maximum allowed size for the posters is A0 format (width : 841, height : 1189 mm).

Video projector :

Video and overhead projectors will be available for keynote and invited speakers.
